Chives Bulbs
Allium tuberosum
Chives are a classic perennial herb for any kitchen garden. Their slender green stems with a fresh, mild onion flavour enhance salads, sauces, omelettes and spring dishes.
Easy to grow and hardy, they regrow quickly after cutting and can be cultivated in the garden or in containers. Their purple pompom-like flowers are also decorative and attract pollinators.
Each pack contains 3 organic roots.
Plant your dahlias immediately after the last frost and no later than the end of May (or early June depending on altitude). Space the plants about 50 cm apart. If spring is dry, don't hesitate to give them some water.
To stimulate the growth of new flowers, it is advisable to remove faded blooms. At the end of the season, it is recommended to dig up the tubers before the first frost, let them dry, and store them in a cool, dry place until the following spring.
