All orders are shipped within 1-2 working days from the time of your confirmation email. If you think your parcel is taking too long, we can send you the tracking link.
What are the payment methods?
When placing your order, you can pay securely by credit card or, for Switzerland, with Twint. All payments are secure. Payment by invoice is possible for Switzerland.

Shipping & Delivery Charges
Delivery fees
We always strive to find the best shipping solutions for you. Shipping within Switzerland is free for orders over CHF50. Small orders sent by Economy Mail are charged at CHF2.95. Priority shipping costs CHF7.95.
Delivery time
All orders are sent via Swiss Post. Priority mail should arrive within 1–2 working days, Economy mail within 4–5 days.
International orders & destinations
We are currently unable to offer delivery outside Switzerland.
