Freesia
Freesia
Freesia is cherished for its elegant, trumpet-shaped flowers and its delicate, captivating fragrance. Its bright colours bring freshness and lightness to beds, borders and containers.
Blooming in spring and early summer, it adds cheerful colour to the garden. It is also highly valued as a cut flower, bringing fragrance and refinement to bouquets.
Each pack contains 5 organic flower bulbs.
Plant in spring, once the risk of severe frost has passed and the soil begins to warm up (March to May). Space the bulbs about 10 to 15 cm apart so they have enough room to develop. If the spring is dry, do not hesitate to give them a little water to encourage recovery and growth.
To stimulate the production of new flowers, it is advisable to remove faded flowers as they appear throughout the flowering period. At the end of the season, when the foliage turns yellow, it is recommended to dig up the bulbs in cold regions, let them dry, and store them in a cool, dry place until the following spring.
