Dahlia ‘Heatwave’
Dahlia hortensis
Dahlia ‘Heatwave’ stands out with its velvety, deep red blooms and dark centre, creating a dramatic and eye-catching contrast. It brings warmth and intensity to summer flower beds.
Blooming from summer until the first frosts, it is ideal for adding bold colour to the garden. It also makes an excellent cut flower for striking bouquets.
Each pack contains 3 organic flower bulbs.
Plant your dahlias immediately after the last frost and no later than the end of May (or early June depending on altitude). Space the plants about 50 cm apart. If spring is dry, don't hesitate to give them some water.
To stimulate the growth of new flowers, it is advisable to remove faded blooms. At the end of the season, it is recommended to dig up the tubers before the first frost, let them dry, and store them in a cool, dry place until the following spring.
