This mixed salad from the garden bed give you a fresh mix right to the table! It’s that simple. Our choice mix contains red and green oak-leaf lettuce, other lettuces, and leaf chicories. But what makes this mix special is the Herba Stella or buckhorn plantain. This mix is great for plucking leaves or cutting a whole crop.
Growing instructions
Sow in mid-March and again in the beginning of September for an autumn crop. Space rows at a 15–20 cm distance. Collect 2–3 harvests per planting.
