Growing instructions
Kalisan is used preventively. It works through direct contact with pathogenic fungi. Plants should therefore be sprayed evenly until dripping wet, so that a continuous film forms on the leaves wherever possible. Do not treat in direct sunlight.
- Dissolve Kalisan in a sprayer with water. For berries, vegetables and herbs, dissolve 5 g (= 4 ml) of Kalisan in one litre of water using the measuring scoop provided. For fruit, vines and ornamental plants, dissolve 3 g (= 2.5 ml) of Kalisan in one litre of water using the measuring scoop provided. Add 2 g (= 2 ml) of MycoSan-S (sulphur) per litre of water to increase effectiveness.
- Shake the spray mixture well.
- Spray the plant evenly until dripping wet, in the morning, in the evening, or in overcast weather.
Repeat treatments regularly every 2 to 3 weeks, from bud break until mid-August at the latest. In case of heavy rainfall or strong leaf growth, shorten the interval between treatments.
200 g is enough to prepare 65 litres of spray mixture.
