Insect-proof bags for perennials
Protection of perennials against various pests, such as aphids.
The insect-proof protective bags shield perennials or newly planted or actively growing vegetables from pests. They fit directly over the plant and are secured quickly and easily with the drawstring. They also work perfectly in combination with the large FE Slug Stop. The tear-resistant HDPE nets with fine mesh (0.8 mm) allow water and light through and provide a slight shading and frost protection value.
Place the perennial insect-proof bag over the plant or directly over the StopLimaces after planting or budding. Tighten the cord, ensuring there are no gaps, and secure it with the cord tie. When tying it around a plant, do not pull it too tight to prevent the cord from cutting into or damaging the stem as the plant grows. The insect-proof bag can be placed directly over the plant. It must be removed as soon as the plant fills the bag or, at the latest, before flowering.
