Barbarakraut (Winter cress) is a wonderful complement to the ordinary winter lettuce. Its taste is similar to cress, yet the plant is cold hardy, and provides vitamins and minerals throughout the light-deprived season.
Growing instructions
Sow in rows from the end of July to end of August. Plant distance 10-15cm. Maintain weed-free. Harvest of the leaves throughout winter until spring.
