Very remarkable variety: early, small (60-80cm), it always carries pair-wise fully filled pods. The peas are very sweet and the yield is huge. The variety was selected in the 50ties from Mr. Loher from the Rhine valley in St Gall. It was selected from can-variety. His daughter Mrs. Manser saved in for the new millennium and has it given to us for future cultivation.
Sowing March to April at a row distance of 40cm plant every 2-3cm a grain at a depth of about 5cm, or lay out 8-10 seeds in circles every 40cm. Seed must be protected from birds. Tying up: Let the circularly arranged plants climb up on branched pegs. Tie up row seeding on both sides using cords and wires. Vicinity to carrots or potatoes is favourable. Harvest from June.
