Sugar snap peas combine the sweet taste of sweet peas with the crunchy and refreshing texture of snow peas. They grow about 120 cm high and bring a wealth of crunchy, flavourful pods. The pods are harvested at an early, juicy and crispy stage then cut into 2–3 cm long pieces. This gives a sweet pea and snow pea in one, but with less effort in harvest and preparation.
