All orders are shipped within 1-2 working days from the time of your confirmation email. If you think your parcel is taking too long, we can send you the tracking link.
When placing your order, you can pay securely by credit card or, for Switzerland, with Twint. All payments are secure. Payment by invoice is possible for Switzerland.

Shipping & Delivery Charges
We always strive to find the best shipping solutions for you. Within Switzerland, standard shipping costs CHF4.90, and priority shipping costs CHF9.95.
All orders are shipped via Swiss Post or Planzer. Priority mail should arrive within 1-2 working days, standard mail within 2-4 working days.
We are currently unable to offer delivery outside Switzerland.
