This green manure is specially designed to improve the structure of compacted soils. It consists of 8 annual species: field pea, buckwheat, clover, Alexandria clover, spring vetch, lupin, sunflower and phacelia. They promote the rooting through different soil layers, as well as good nitrogen fixation from the air. These species will also encourage the presence of pollinators.
From mid-May (after the last frost) until the end of August, sow the mixture into the well-prepared soil. Cover lightly with a rake. False sowing is recommended in very weed-prone areas.
