Growing instructions
Poppy seeds can be sown directly or in seed trays. For direct sowing, sow seeds to a depth of 0.3 cm in rows 15 cm apart, leaving 2 cm between seeds. Direct sowing is susceptible to slug damage.
Sowing indoors in seed trays ensures good emergence. You can plant your seedlings 4 weeks after sowing.
