Anthriscus cerefolium
This fine-leaved kitchen herb reaches 50 cm in height. It’s an annual that sows easily into the field. Ideally, it is made into an exquisite soup, “Yes, a chervil (French parsley) soup!” Harvest the fresh, little leaves as needed.
Growing instructions
Sow directly into the field in early September or very early in the spring. Chervil will bolt and bloom early in May!
