Growing instructions

Sow from March to April in nutrient-rich soil in rows 50 cm apart. Germination is slow, so sowing in seedling trays is recommended. Thin out rows or transplant to 30 cm spacing. In the first year, it forms a strong rosette of leaves. Once the lower leaves begin to wither, cut the whole leafy-bush to use for colour extraction. Two to three harvests are possible.
