Mizuna 'Red Coral' is an Asian vegetable with filigree red leaves.
It is very popular in Asian cuisine, where it is eaten raw in salads or sautéed in a pan with a drizzle of oil. It is low in calories, but very rich in vitamins and minerals.
It can be harvested from mid-June to early November. It grows to a height of 30 cm, making it easy to cultivate in pots.

Growing instructions
Sow from April to August directly into the field or in seedling trays. Transplant young plants at a distance of 40 ✕ 40 cm. Harvest spans from June to October. Some plants withstand winter in the field.
