In contrast to the wild marjoram this selection has a particularly well balanced flavour. The blossoms are exceptionally well frequented by bees. The continuously harvested young shoots serve as a spice both fresh or dried.
Plant in seed trays from May to June. Prick young plantlings or directly plant our in small clusters at a distance of 25x25cm. Trim plants back in late autumn.
