Sweet marjoram (annual) marjoram
Productive, very aromatic variety with healthy leaves until autumn. Marjoram goes well together with cabbage and meat dishes, sauces and pumpkin. Can easily be dried.
Sow in trays from March to April. Keep warm and humid. The small plantlings are prick out in clusters of 2-5 and these are transferred to the open field or plant boxes starting in the middle of May. The harvest of the leaves begins when the first flower buds start to become visible.
