Pe-tsai, rote Blattsenfe u.s.w. entdeckt zu werden. Es werden die Blätter und die jungen Sprossen wie kleine Broccoli gegessen. A mild, nutty aroma is the main feature of this non-head forming Chinese cabbage. The fresh-green, loose, crisp leaves are continuously harvested from a size of 6cm. Even after bolting the blooming shoots are edible, and they are a true delicacy due to their sweet taste.
