With its large daisy-like flowers, the Roman bertram quickly forms a white carpet. The ball-shaped seed-baskets are very decorative. And even better: Hildegard of Bingen praised the Roman Bertram for its broad healing spectrum, in particular for its strengthening, antiseptic and digestive health promoting effects.

Sow from April to June directly in rather poor soil. A modest culture. Can hibernate at dry locations or sow itself. Height up to 50cm, blooms from June to September.
