Our mix has fresh and crisp leaves that are slightly bitter. In Nice, “lou mesclun” is simply a must for the meal to be considered complete. This type of mix was originally grown by and described in the dialect of Franciscan monks. It traditionally includes arugula, endive, lettuce, buckhorn plantain, and oak-leaf salad.

Growing instructions
Sow in mid-March with an autumn planting in the beginning of September. Space rows at 15–20 cm and harvest 2–3 times per planting. This mix is great for balcony gardens!
