This red-ripening pepper have an elongated, tapered shape and are pungent but not spicy in flavour. It is perfect to give bursts of flavour to your cooking and vegetable plates. Above all, they can be dried and ground into sweet paprika—another step towards self-sufficiency! Harvest the green fruits to use fresh. Later, the red peppers can be used fresh or dried for paprika.

Growing instructions
Sow in early March into posts in a warm place. Transplant into a sheltered area or cold frame covered space in the field from May 20th. Space at a distance of 40 ✕ 40 cm. Protection from frost is required.
