Gotham Batavia Batavia lettuce

Batavian lettuces are popular in French-speaking Switzerland. It is crisp like iceberg lettuce, but it resembles leaf lettuce. It also has more colour and flavour than iceberg lettuce. It also has firm ruffled leaf edges on its filled, open heads. It is perfect for market sellers and organic producers. Grow from spring until autumn. Precision seed directly into the field. High resistance (HR) to Bremia (Bl:16–35EU).
