This impressive bee plant has up to 2-metre high yellow flower spikes. Previously, it was used primarily for dyeing silk and now it is making a comeback. It gives the natural garden the generous touch.
Sow from June to July into the field or, possibly, in seedling trays. Transplant to the field at 40 ✕ 40 cm spacing in a sunny place.
