(cucurbita moschata) Light green pear-shaped pumpkin with a small core structure. It can be stored for months and develops its best aroma after about 3 months.
Sow from middle of April, 1 seed per 10cm pot. Only lightly cover with soil or sand and keep moist. Bed out from the 20th of May (Attention: slug damage!) at the base of the compost heap or in nutrient-rich soil. Frost-free culture required. Distances 80x100cm. Harvest before the first frost. Storage at a temperature of at least 15°C.
