The spoon-shaped leaves are extremely crisp. The dark-green, smoothe leaves will bring you in and then hook you with their pleasant nutty flavour. This variety overwinters quite well and will bring you fresh greens all winter long!
Sowing from July/end of August in rows with a distance of 10-15cm. Keep weed-free. Harvest throughout winter until spring time. Early seeding barely bolts. Ideal to use harvested beds.
