A mild, nutty aroma is the main feature of this non-head forming Chinese cabbage. The fresh-green, loose, crisp leaves are continuously harvested from a size of 6cm. Even after bolting the blooming shoots are edible, and they are a true delicacy due to their sweet taste.
Sowing period from middle of July to beginning of August, plant in seed trays. Plant out after 3-4 weeks with a distance of 30cm in all directions (or very early spring Sowing, from May on it already starts to shoot up). Harvest end September to October. Hibernates at protected locations or in the cold tunnel.
