This dark red, almost black (depending on the lighting) poppy flower is a fascinating. The ring of stamens are filled with golden pollen. The bees abound showing how attractive these flowers are. When cut at the bud stage, it keeps in the vase for a few days. Flowering occurs between June and July. Height reaches 100 cm.

Sow from March to April by broadcasting directly into the field. Attention: Slug damage can occur.
