The Muskatteller-sage is an impressive medicinal and spice plant with greyish-fealty leaves that spread a slight herb, grapefruit-like fragrance. In addition, its lilac blossoms are very decorative. In the past it was often added to vine, thus the German expression “Muskatteller Weine”. Height 150cm.
Plant in small pots or directly outdoor from June to July. Transfer to sunny location in August. Distance 50x50cm. Blooms in the second year. Harvest the leaves from April to June. Harvest the blossoms for tea and spice when in full bloom.
