Yellow Grison swiss chard

People from the Engadin love Swiss chard and particularly the yellow one. For their national dish CAPUNS, they prefer the most tender and tasty leaves of this variety. Also people from the lower regions have discovered this speciality in the meantime

Sow from end of April to middle of July in rows with a distance of 20-30cm. Chard loves heavy soils. Well-rotten compost and generous watering refine the aroma. Harvest, depending on the seeding date, from June to October. Late seeding produces an additional cut in the following spring.
