Red one mung bean

The small red beans are used as sprouts in the Asian cuisine, but also for “dal” (cooked lentils). The high protein contents makes this bean particularly valuable. Cultivate your non-genetically modified protein source in your own garden!

Plant in rows with a distance of 40-50cm from the middle of May. Every 5-8cm, put a corn about 2 cm deep into the soil. Later rake and earth up twice. From the end of August harvest the dry pods, air and core them.
