Red kidney Indian bean, green bean, kidney bea

Red Kidney' is a particular dry bean. Not the green bean pods but the dry seeds are harvested in August. These can be used in soups, Mexican dishes (chilli con carne) or as an addition to lettuce. First-class source of protein. Enormous yield, excellent taste. Should be cultivated in every garden.

Plant in rows with a distance of 40-50cm from the middle of May. Every 5-8cm, put a corn about 2 cm deep into the soil. Later rake and earth up twice. From the end of August harvest the dry pods, air and core them.
