Japanase radishes are the best! Long (up to 50 cm), slim, white roots with a smooth skin and a mild fresh flavour. Radishes are indispensable in the light and thoughtful cuisine.
Sow in the open land from the end of July, with additional sowing rounds until September. Thin out too densely planted seed to 10cm. Evenly keep moist.
