This medium-late variety forms a beautiful, dark-red head. The pleasantly strong taste livens up salads. It makes great salads to accompany Italian cuisine.
Sow from June 20 to mid-July into seedling trays. Transplant out to the field in late July to early August at a distance of 40 ✕ 30 cm. Trim roots and leaves before transplanting and make sure there is sufficient moisture during the growth phase. Endive loves nutrient-rich soil.
