Pak choi is an Asian leafy vegetable. The white, broad leaf stems are steamed separately, the green leave is prepared like spinach or salad. Few calories, yet valuable source of vitamins and minerals feature this vegetable.
Sowing in seed trays from middle of July to beginning of August. Bed out after 3-4 weeks with a distance of 30cm in all directions (or very early spring seeding,but from May on it already starts to bolt). Harvest end September to October. Hibernates at protected locations or in the cold tunnel.
